This page explains how to delete your RankingTiger account and the data tied to it. It is the web address to give to Google Play and the App Store for account deletion. The full rules are in our Privacy Policy, section 12.1.
1. Before you delete
- Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play, or the store keeps charging you. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- You lose your unused credits. They are not refunded.
- Scripts, recordings and edit projects are stored on your own device. Export anything you want to keep before you delete.
2. Delete your account in the app
- Open the Me tab.
- Go to the red Delete account section and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- If you signed in with Apple, confirm with Apple when the app asks. This works from the iPhone app. An account made with Sign in with Apple cannot be deleted from Android or the web.
The deletion starts at once. The app then clears the scripts, recordings and edit projects on that device and signs you out.
3. Delete your account by email
Use this if you cannot use the app (for example you uninstalled it or cannot sign in).
- Send an email to support@athelp.in from the email address of your account.
- Use the subject "Delete my account".
- We check that the account is yours, delete it, and reply to confirm. [CONFIRM: say how long this takes, for example within 30 days, and make sure you can delete an account from the Supabase dashboard.]
If you signed in with Apple and cannot use the iPhone app, tell us in the email. Apple needs you to confirm the deletion, so we will explain what to do.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under 18 has an account, tell us in the same way. RankingTiger is for people aged 18 and over, we do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18, and we delete such accounts when we learn of them.
You can use the same address to ask for a copy of your data or to correct it. Use the subject "Privacy request". See the Privacy Policy, section 12.
4. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- your Sign in with Apple access for our app, if you used it;
- the audio files in your storage folder;
- your sign-in account, your profile, your plan, credit and usage records, your AI job records, your purchase events, your referral records, your device codes and your rate-limit counters.
5. What is kept
- Backups. Our database provider keeps backups for a limited time. Deleted data may stay in a backup until the backup is overwritten.
- Anti-abuse codes. A one-way scrambled code made from your phone number and from the random ID of your install is kept for 30 days after you delete your account, then deleted automatically. We use it only to stop the same phone or device from claiming free or referral credits twice. We do not keep your phone number.
- Records held by others. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Razorpay and the AI providers keep their own records under their own policies.
